Working Out at the Gym

A: Excuse me. Are you using this machine?
B: Yes, I am.
A: How many sets have you got left?
B: Just two more sets.
A: No problem. I’ll wait.
B: Actually, you can use it between my sets if you like.
A: Thanks, but I’ll wait until you’re finished.
B: Alright. I’m nearly done.
A: By the way, how many reps do you usually do?
B: About 12 to 15 reps per set.
A: I see. I normally do three sets of 12.
B: That’s good. Have you been coming here long?
A: A few months. I mostly do cardio.
B: Really? Do you prefer cardio to lifting weights?
A: Yes. For me, cardio is more important than lifting weights.
B: Fair enough. Have you lost any weight?
A: Not really. I think I’ve actually put on a bit of weight.
B: I see. Do you feel fitter, though?
A: Yes, definitely. I have more energy now.
B: That’s good. Anyway, I’m finished with the machine.
A: Thanks. Could you wipe it down first, please?
B: Of course. Sorry about that.
A: Thanks. Should I use more or less weight?
B: I’d start with less weight.
A: Okay. This still feels too heavy.
B: Then try a lighter weight.
A: How many sets should I do?
B: Maybe three sets of 12 reps.
A: Alright. Oh, my arm hurts. I need to stop.
B: Are you alright?
A: I’m not sure. I feel a bit dizzy as well.
B: You should sit down and rest. Do you need some help?
A: Thanks. I think I just need a break.
B: Alright, but let the staff know if you still feel dizzy.
