Customer: Hi. I’d like to ask about your gym memberships.
Staff: Of course. Are you thinking of joining?
Customer: Yes. How long has this gym been open?
Staff: We’ve been open for about five years.
Customer: I see. How much is the membership?
Staff: It’s £40 a month or £400 a year.
Customer: If I pay for a year, do I get an extra month free?
Staff: Yes, you get an extra month for free.
Customer: If I join today, when will my membership expire?
Staff: It’ll expire on 2 December next year.
Customer: Can I pay monthly instead?
Staff: Yes, you can pay monthly or annually.
Customer: I think I’ll go for the monthly option.
Staff: That’s absolutely fine.
Customer: Could I have a look around and see the equipment?
Staff: Of course. Feel free to have a look around.
Customer: Thanks. I’ve worked out at other gyms for a few years.

Customer: Yes. What time do you open and close?
