之前看了一个视频,里面推荐绝食72小时,说可以帮助提升身体机能,于是我就决定尝试了。第一次尝试的时候,我一天只吃一根香蕉。
那次感觉还不错,虽然第三天比较不舒服,会觉得饿,会想到美食,但还是顺利通过了考验。
Once a month, I do a three-day water fast where I consume nothing but water. A while back, I watched a video that recommended doing a 72-hour fast, claiming it could improve your overall health and boost your body’s functions, so I decided to give it a try. The first time I tried it, though, I still ate one banana a day. Honestly, it went pretty well. By the third day, I definitely felt hungry and a bit uncomfortable, and I couldn’t stop thinking about food, but I still managed to get through it.
